Group Classes

There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in our group classes.

From full body circuits to core strengthening, from HIIT to functional training, we cover it all. 

Each class is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals and even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you. ​

Current Group Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 

​            6:30pm-7pm

Tuesday and Thursday
